Late Bookings :
Bookings may be accepted up to 7 days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, fast boat and may be subject to the payment.

Deposits and payment policy
for confirm
your reservation Please transfer for deposite to our bank account .
Your booking is not firm until we have received deposit payment of 50 % of the
total tour price. We need a deposit to book the transportation,fastboat,hotels
and guide for your trip. Besides, we require a full payment before your
departure. Any tour should be looked a latest 20 days in advance, Confirm you payment to us via
email After we have received your payment, we will send you the final itinerary
by email .
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than two week before the departure
date of your trip we charge 25% of the deposit you made.The deposit payment is
not refundable if you cancel made within 24 hours your tour. That is because we
use your deposit to arrange transportation, fastboat,hotel and guide.
Passport and visaur passport must be valid for at least
three months after the date of entry in Indonesia. It is your responsibility to
ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel
documents needed to travel in Indonesia.
Travel insurance
A travel insurance is not included. It is the passengers'
responsibility to verify whether his/her local insurance company provides
coverage while traveling.
Our Responsibility :
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements
are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any
loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our
employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever
nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of
those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service
in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and
yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher,
coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We
do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any
injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused
directly or indirectly by force major or other events which are beyond our
control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part,
including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually
severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities,
accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether
or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by
acceding to the demands of a labor group)
