KRAKATAU (1883) — Eruption of
the Indonesian volcano Krakatau in August 1883 generated twenty times the
volume of tephra released by the 1980 eruption of Mt. St. Helens. Krakatau was
the second largest eruption in history, dwarfed only by the eruption of neighboring
Tambora in 1815 (see above). For months after the Krakatau eruption, the world
experienced unseasonably cool weather, brilliant sunsets, and prolonged
twilights due to the spread of aerosols throughout the stratosphere. The
brilliant sunsets are typical of atmospheric haze. The unusual and prolonged
sunsets katagenerated considerable contemporary debate on their origin.They
also provided inspiration for artists who dipicted the vibrant nature of the
sunsets in several late 19th-Century

Day 01: carita – Krakatau
Day 01: carita – Krakatau
After breakfast at 08.00 am Our staff will pick you up at your hotel where you stay in carita or anyer beach area and then we drive to marina.to get a fast boat to go cruise to Rakata Island for do snorkeling activity, and it will take around 1,5 hours cruising.
Explore Rakata Island where you can enjoy the beauty of coral reefs. Then we go cruise to the beach for lunch time, lunch time will be served on the beach. After that we will go to the child of Krakatau for preparing make camping at Krakatau Volcano.
In the afternoon, we will go to climb the Anak Krakatau to explore the beautiful sunset time. Sightseing and to see sunset view Then back to the beach. Free program.
Day 02: Krakatau observation
Around 05:30 am in the morning, we will go to climb the Anak Krakatau to explore the beautiful sunrise on the top of first level while enjoying the wonderful sunrise time.After that we will go back to the beach for breakfast time, the breakfast time will be served on the beach.And after we had breakfast, we will go around the Anak Krakatau using a fast boat while taking a picture, on the way will stop first to do for second do snorkeling activity. Then continue to go around the Anak Krakatau, And then back to the tent. Diner time will be served around 07.00 pm and free program
Day 3:Krakatau – carita
The breakfast time will be served around 07:00 am on the beach, and after we had breakfast, we prepare to go by cruise to Carita using a fast boat, it will take around 1,5 hours cruising. End of tour.

Day 1: Jakarta - Carita
Our staff will pick you up at the international airport Jakarta on your arrival time or jakarta city , then transfer to the coastal town Carita by a private car, and it will take around 3, 5 hours driving. Then check in first at hotel and Free program
Day 2: carita – Krakatau
breakfast time will be served at 07:30 am at hotel, then transfer to the marina to get a fast boat to go by cruise to Rakata Island for do snorkeling, and it will take around 1,5 hours cruising. Explore coral reefs at Rakata Island. And after we explored the coral reefs, we will go by cruise to the Anak Krakatau. Free program while preparing for camping. Diner time will be served around 07.00 pm , and free program
Day 3: Krakatau – carita- Jakarta
Around 05:30 am in the morning, we will go to climb the Anak Krakatau to explore the incredible sunrise time on the top of first level, and it will take around an hour climbing. Then back to the beach for breakfast, and your breakfast time will be served on the beach while enjoying the beautiful day in the morning at Krakatau.
Then we prepare to go around the Anak Krakatau using a fast boat, on the way we will stop first to explore the other coral reefs. Snorkeling activity.
Then continue to go around the Anak Krakatau by fast boat, and then we go by cruise back to Carita and it will take around 1,5 hours cruising and drive back to Jakarta .end of tour
